2. Our Products

We offer fragrances, perfumes, perfume oils (attars), bakhoor and related products, as described on our website.
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, descriptions and photographs accurately. Colours, packaging and bottle designs may vary slightly from the images shown.
Fragrance notes, longevity and projection descriptions are provided as general guidance. Fragrance performance may vary depending on individual skin chemistry, application and environmental conditions.
Our fragrance products are intended for their stated use. Please follow the instructions and warnings on the product packaging. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, check the ingredients before use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Product availability may change without notice. We will inform you if an item you have ordered becomes unavailable.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to update product prices. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed, except where an order must be addressed due to an obvious pricing error or as otherwise permitted by law.
If a product is displayed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or typing error, we will contact you to resolve the issue. If the order cannot proceed at the displayed price, you may cancel the order and receive a refund of any amount paid, as applicable under the law.
Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout. An order will be processed once payment has been successfully received or confirmed, as applicable to the payment method.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order.
We reserve the right to review orders and, where legally permitted, decline or cancel an order due to product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues or an obvious pricing error.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund in accordance with applicable law.
We may impose reasonable quantity limits on certain products or orders where necessary to manage stock availability or prevent misuse.

5. Delivery

We deliver within South Africa using The Courier Guy or other delivery services made available by us.

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will take reasonable steps to assist with delivery issues. Your rights regarding delivery, loss, damage and the supply of goods remain subject to applicable South African law.

6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Your rights to cancel an online purchase, return a product or receive a refund are governed by applicable South African law and our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

We aim to ensure that the products we sell are genuine and accurately described.

Returned products may be inspected to verify their condition and, where reasonably necessary, confirm that they were purchased from The Arabian Fragrance.

Any inspection or verification process will be carried out subject to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, special offers and discount codes may be subject to additional terms, including expiry dates, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions or limited availability.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.

We may amend or end a promotion in accordance with its stated terms and applicable law. Changes will not unlawfully affect rights already acquired by customers.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:
